Still Distant deals with a period in which the band was looking for an own identity. It was the cause for many fierce discussions and a general hard time. Though a time in which the band has got to know each other, and themselves, a lot better. It is about working with the 4 of us, taking up all the creativity. Sometimes you have to take things for granted, but also keep on going at some points where you don’t have any inspiration or drive left. Every single time there is something, someone, a simple line/melody, that can pick you up again. This was “Still Distant”. A turning point and a new breeze.

Our minds and our faith
Alpine plugs and arguments
Backing up as a helping hand
Sometimes lose the meaning of it
